& Discovery
We’ll start with a short call to get acquainted. If it feels like a good fit, I’ll send over your Welcome Packet with everything you need to begin: timeline, contract, deposit invoice, and next steps.
You’ll complete a Web Discovery Workbook to help us define your goals, users, content needs, and technical requirements—and share a Pinterest mood board to capture your style.
Strategy & Design
With your insights in hand, I’ll create mood boards that reflect different creative directions. Once we align on the vision, I’ll begin designing your website structure, layouts, and graphical assets—including any custom illustrations, icons, or style elements needed.
We’ll co-create a user journey that’s seamless, functional, and unforgettable—like a constellation your audience can follow with ease.
Refinement
& Launch
We’ll work through revisions (number outlined in your Welcome Packet), making sure every detail feels just right. Once approved, I’ll prepare your site for launch and hand over your Website Guidelines and a Quick Web Guide for day-to-day updates.
You’ll also receive either a live training session or video walkthrough—your choice—so you feel empowered and equipped to navigate your new digital space.
